Carrify is committed to protecting the personal and business data you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise control over your data.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you are using Carrify on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Policy.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable (including for users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract Performance: Processing necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill our contractual obligations to you
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for purposes such as Platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable law or regulation
- Consent: Processing based on your explicit consent, such as for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors and contractors who process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and email service providers — all bound by confidentiality obligations
- Business Integrations: With third-party platforms you choose to connect to your Carrify account, at your direction
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other government process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Carrify, our users, or others
- Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for benchmarking, research, or industry reporting purposes
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Carrify may send text messages to a mobile number you provide, for purposes such as account and security notifications, appointment and schedule reminders, and updates about activity in your account.
SMS is optional and separate. Providing a mobile number does not by itself enrol you in text messages. You receive them only if you separately opt in, and you are never required to consent to SMS in order to create an account, use the Platform, or purchase anything.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your account or any other communications you have chosen to receive.
When you opt in, we record the date and time, the exact wording shown to you, the page or screen where you consented, and the originating IP address. We keep that record so we can demonstrate the basis for every message we send, and so you can ask us what you agreed to and when.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category described above. Mobile numbers are shared only with the telecommunications providers that deliver the messages, and only to deliver them.
