SMS Program

The program

Carrify Technologies Inc. ("Carrify") sends text messages to people who use the Carrify platform and have chosen to receive them. Messages are about the recipient's own Carrify account: account notifications, security alerts, and schedule and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

Text messages are optional. Every Carrify account works the same without them, and nothing in the product requires them.

How to opt in

Carrify accounts are created by each company's administrator. Once signed in, a user can opt in to text messages here:

  1. Sign in at www.carrify.io.
  2. Open Settings → Notifications.
  3. Under Text messages (SMS), enter the mobile number to receive texts and check the box. The box is unchecked by default and can be unchecked on the same screen at any time.

The checkbox reads, in full:

By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS account notifications, security alerts, and schedule and appointment reminders from Carrify. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

When a user checks the box, we record the mobile number, the time, the exact wording shown and the version of that wording, so the record of consent always matches what the user saw.

Example messages

  • Carrify: Your 2:30 PM site visit with J. Alvarez was rescheduled to 4:00 PM today. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Carrify: A new lead was assigned to you. Open the app to review it. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP (or END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
  • Or uncheck the box in Settings → Notifications.
  • Reply START to subscribe again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@carrify.io.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
